I tried to book a room through the platform, but my booking request remained pending for 15 days without any response from the property owner.

After 15 days, the request was automatically cancelled by the system due to the lack of response from the host.

I then tried to submit a new booking request for the same room, but once again there has been no response. At this point, I have been waiting for an additional 7 days with no updates or communication from the owner.

This situation makes it impossible to proceed with the booking, despite my repeated attempts through the platform.
